 Product Description

Death Cards were commissioned and handed out at a funeral or given to friends & family to remember those that have died.  This is a German catholic tradition.  How many were printed of each depended on the family member that ordered them to be made and so there may be more than one of any given card out there.  These cards are not unique and 1-off items but they were usually still just made in small numbers.
The card you see here is that one that you will receive.  Please have a look at the sample pics for its condition.  Some cards have a fairly detailed short bio of the man and mostly about his military career.  Do have a look at my other listings if you are interested in more of these cards.  I always show both sides of the cards in my sample pics.  Some cards may have been folded and others are single leaf design. Postage will always be that quoted for a single card here, no matter how many you buy.
