The one you see if the one you get. Three medals on the right are good and belong together for a WW2 Veteran, but the medal on the left appears to be out of place as the ribbon is for the 30 years end of WW2 medal and the medal on it is the WW2 era medal for Victorious Labour. So, the medal on the left should not be there and the ribbon and medal do not match. There should be something like a Bravery medal in its place. Easy change to make if you wanted to.
