Used condition. These types of shirts were for wear as walking out summer uniform and not worn with a tie or jacket, but they could be worn with parade uniform for officers and career soldiers of all branches of the NVA and Grenztruppen, if you do not have the correct white shirt to hand. Some light yellow spotting on the collar and the upper area. Not sure if those will clean out as I have not tried.
