What you see is what you get. Length stated is the total length of the leather belt. Marked MdI and would only have been used by Honour Guards and the Wachregiment. The last couple of sample photos show these belts in house with the Wachregiment Honour Guards in Berlin. Since this belt is MdI marked then it will likely have been issued for use by BePo Riot Police honour guards.
