Product Description
What you see is what you get. The PKE were the guys checking passports and papers at border crossings. They were members of the Stasi but wore Grenztruppen shoulder boards and uniforms mostly. This particular uniform is unique to the Zoll/Customs and PKE units and also Stasi personnel protection units and nobody else had them. The jacket comes with removable winter insert and winter collar.
Size m48. Date code letter H for 1984 manufacture and marked NVA, as all Stasi uniforms were.
Unpacked weight is about 1.3kg. The last sample photo shows this uniform in wear by PKE with winter collar.
